For Domestic Shipping - 

The prepaid orders take around 72 to 90 hours for all metro cities (working days only).

The cash on delivery orders take around 48 to 72 hours for all metro cities (working days only).

(An additional day may be required for remote areas for both types of orders.)

For International Shipping - 

1 week’s time (7 Working Days) will be taken for the delivery both for prepaid as well as cash on delivery orders for all international shipments 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Domestic: The KSisters offer free shipping on all domestic orders worth Rs. 799/- or above.

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by a courier. Please allow the number of days as mentioned in the receipt of your order.

Products may move or shift while in shipment, even shift from boxes. In any of these scenarios where the problem is the result of movements in transit, returns will not be accepted.

The KSisters take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person, other than the one on who’s name the product is dispatched, during delivery or product damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on products, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. During checkout, the shipping and handling costs are informed to the customers. The customers will be made aware of them prior to making payments.

Yes, The KSisters accept Cash On Delivery payments as well.

Yes, The KSisters ship internationally. A time of 1 week (7 working days) for all international shipments will be given for the delivery, both for prepaid as well as cash on delivery orders.

The KSisters do not give the option of return or replacement of products. However, in the case of a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, there will be a refund for the damaged product after checking all measurements. For this case, you need to send an email to wecare@theksisters.com with product images and the batch number, within 7 days of the delivery.
